The Brahma Kumaris in Greece

The Brahma Kumaris were first established in Greece in 1985 as the “Panhellenic meditation center”.

Then in 1993, a new Association was formed named “Brahma Kumaris Spiritual Center”, based on Thassou Street 12 in kypseli. There are 5 more branches:  in Thessaloniki, Larisa, Chios and two suburbs of Athens, Aghia Paraskevi and Kifissia.   

All services are offered free of charge, in Greece and in all parts of the world as it is the policy of the Organization.   
   

The basic teaching is the Raja Yoga method of meditation, as well as courses on ‘Stress-free Living”The Power of Positive
Thinking” and other relevant topics. The classes are given in Greek but may be offered in other languages after special arrangement.

Greece is one of the 110 countries where the Brahma Kumaris have been established.

 

The Aim of the “Brahma Kumaris Spiritual Center”

It is the peaceful, constructive, happy co-existence of individuals, communities and nations in their everyday life, where peace and prosperity are not a utopia but a tangible reality. 

The means for achieving the Aim


It is the teaching and experiencing spirituality through meditation. all the efforts are focused on assisting and supporting individuals who wish to follow a spiritual path.
